In Carmel, a Cooking Channel host is along for the ride at an authentic Italian joint dishin' out tri-color cannelloni and fresh seafood cioppino. In Wyoming, a California chef brings his brand of legit Mexican to the mountains, like savory chicken sopes and one of Guy's favorite dishes, pozole. And in Long Beach, it's a Bixby Knolls neighborhood spot where a chef with artistic flair is servin' up some of her signature veggie sammies.
